FreeG Ninja Kids a freestyling Gymnastics class for 4-5 yr olds working on parkour skills and free running skills. Be Ninja and join the class!

Aerobics – AeroFun is a beginner class to learn the basics of Aerobics Gymnastics and leads to competition for those interested athletes.

GentleGym – a movement program especially designed for the more mature athletes – now on offer for Wednesdays and Thursdays!
Coaching opportunities
